Fundraising Coordinator AmeriCorps VISTA

Period of Assignment: 11/1/20 - 10/31/21

Assignment Description:

Communities in southern Utah face an affordable housing crisis as tourism economies expand, and the limited homes on the market are purchased for vacation and nightly rentals. Community Rebuilds counters this trend by building affordable homes to improve the housing conditions of low-income and very low-income residents through replacing dilapidated trailer homes with energy efficient homes. Community Rebuilds seeks to recruit a Fundraising Coordinator VISTA to maintain a funding database of long-term funding strategies, search for and apply for grants to fund different projects/programs, and conceptualize and implement a community fundraising event.
